
Cassie Dickerson | Senior Consultant
Cassie brings an incredible combination of professional experience and passion to Anomaly as a non-agent attorney with a certificate in media law and technology.
As a former All-American soccer student-athlete at Ohio State, Cassie is a devoted advocate for athletes and began her career in university-based comprehensive student-athlete development. She was previously the Director of Student-Athlete Development for Kansas Athletics, after starting as a coordinator for the department and was an Athletics Compliance intern with Ohio State while preparing for law school.
In her playing career at Ohio State, Cassie was 3x Varsity Captain, a Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) executive and a member of the U.S. Women's U-23 National Team. She was also Team Captain at Kansas while leading the Black Law Students Association and Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Cassie currently consults on NCAA Division I athletic departments leadership development activities, and supports professional athletes in their foundation programming. She possesses her J.D. from Kansas and Bachelors from The Ohio State University.
Supporting student-athletes in their preparation for a significant step-change in collegiate athletics with Name, Image and Likeness is important to Cassie because of her time as a SAAC leader. That included her being involved in the NCAA Ed O'Bannon trial task force and galvanized in her a passion for law, intellectual property, licensing and the other major business components surrounding NIL.
